I am not so focused on depicting exact detail but instead use textures, light and abstracts to create mood, emotion and narratives which I hope can be felt and universally understood.”

Guy Troughton is an acclaimed Sydney-based artist who has spent his career painting and exploring the natural world.

A keen birdwatcher and naturalist, Guy completed a degree in zoology before immersing himself in the world of art.
